2. What we collect
Only what we need to answer you and keep this site running:
- Details you send us — name, email address, company, budget range and whatever you write in the enquiry form.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, held in aggregate to keep the site secure.
- Client data — where you engage us, the campaign, media and analytics data the work requires, always under a separate agreement.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
- To deliver contracted work and report on it (performance of a contract).
- To keep this website secure and functioning (legitimate interest).
4. Cookies
This site sets nothing beyond what is strictly necessary to function, plus privacy-friendly aggregate traffic measurement. We run no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on our own website, whatever we may run on yours at your instruction. Blocking cookies will not break anything here.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors that let us operate — email hosting, analytics and cloud infrastructure — each under a data processing agreement, and with authorities where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus the retention period required by U.S. commercial and tax law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under applicable state privacy law (including the New York SHIELD Act) to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also contact the New York Attorney General's office with any concerns.
8. Changes
If this page changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting current clients are sent by email.
